HUMAN Resources Minister V. Sivakumar has not been instructed to take leave, Transport Minister Anthony Loke said. Loke said Sivakumar was merely cooperating with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission yesterday in their graft probe on migrant worker hiring approvals.
