Hindi umano basta-basta napapasok ang Sitio Kapihan sa bayan ng Socorro sa Surigao del Norte, ayon sa alkalde nito.
Sa Sitio Kapihan nakatira ang mahigit 3,000 miyembro ng Socorro Bayanihan Services Inc., na kasalukuyang iniimbestigahan sa Senado dahil sa mala-kulto umanong mga gawain nito.
Dagdag pa niya, dalawang beses pa lamang niyang nakita si Jey Rence Quilario, na mas kilala bilang "Senior Agila".
