‘Sister Wives’ stars Kody Brown and Robyn Brown met at church before getting married in 2014
Kody Brown doesn’t think church is a “safe place” for him after going through three divorces — but he’s also not a fan of wife Robyn Brown attending solo, either.
“I think really, the way that our church reacted to that really, kind of, threw him off, and it made him feel just like, ‘Wait, what the heck?’” she recalled. “I want to come sooner or later,” Kody told Robyn, who said she and their eldest daughters want to try out new places of worship. “Because the first time I saw you in our church, we made that gaze, that connection,” Kody recalled to Robyn, who teased that she was the one who made the gaze.
Robyn gushed over their connection as well, saying, “I was sitting there with my cousin. I was looking around. I looked at you for a while.”
