SINGAPORE, June 26 — Singapore Court has granted another two-week adjournment for a prosecutor to conduct a further investigation on a man who allegedly assaulted Malaysian actor Kamal Adli.
“Police case prosecution is not ready yet. We are seeking two-week adjournment. AGC has consulted and IO has been guided to conduct further investigation,” said the prosecutor. Wee had no objection to the adjournment and had also informed the court that his client had instructed him to make a bail application.
Replying to Wee, the prosecutor said: “It is on the existing charges. Fresh charges yet to be tendered.”
