The flowing skirt billowed and flowed far past Biles’ 4-foot, 8-inch frame, creating a long train that followed behind her as she walked the red carpet.As for her glam, Biles opted to wear her hair down with a middle part and some blonde highlights. Her makeup featured a clean look, accompanied with bold brows, eyes and long lashes. She also sported a glossy lip.
