According to reports, Yam has been investing in real estate since 1990 and owns properties in Hong Kong, Paris, Manhattan, London, Singapore, Beijing and Shanghai.Recently, a netizen shared some photos of the 68-year-old looking at a building in Zhongshan. He was accompanied by three staff members. “If I have breaks for a week or two, I can stay here for two days. I can draw, play ball, do sports ... everything is here, so I think it’s a good decision,” he said as quoted bySince Zhongshan is close to Hong Kong, it would be more convenient for Yam’s family to travel there for vacation too.
