Police have renewed an appeal to find a missing Shropshire man after some "positive" sightings of him in the Staffordshire area on Tuesday afternoon.Officers now have a CCTV image of Lee Fitzgerald in Morrisons in Cannock.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said:"We are renewing our appeal to find 34-year-old Lee Fitzgerald after some positive sightings of him in the Staffordshire area this afternoon. "Since our earlier appeal, we now have a CCTV image of Lee in Morrisons in Cannock today where he was wearing a grey beanie hat, black gloves, a green khaki coat, grey tracksuit bottoms, and grey Adidas trainers."
Officers say he was carrying a large red bag and what appears to be a sleeping bag in a blue carrier bag.The police spokesperson adds that they are"extremely worried for Lee’s welfare" and urged anyone who sees him not to approach him but to call 999 immediately, quoting incident number 00209_i_23102023.He is described as a white man, 5ft 6in, medium build, blue eyes, short dark hair with a tattoo on his right upper arm and shoulder.
