Según el secretario de seguridad ciudadana de Baja California este y otros centros nocturnos de la ciudad fronteriza no se han apegado a la ley de alcoholes reformada en 2023.
Y es que en Tijuana, ningún guardia de seguridad se ha capacitado, acciones que solo han realizado en Mexicali, detalla.“El que aplica la norma es la autoridad municipal, al no aplicarla y no revisarla pues no cierra los lugares, hay que entender que lo básico y más importante de esta reforma que se hizo a la ley es una, los guardias capacitados, detectores de mátales y las cámaras hacia el exterior e interior.
“Llevamos a cabo una intervención casi al finalizar la anterior administración, que se dieron varios fenómenos ahí delictivos, varios homicidios, con narcomenudeo, también en varios bares de la Zona Centro”, amplió María Elena Andrade Ramírez, Fiscal General.
