The group's passenger capacity in July and August will reach about 6 per cent and 7 per cent of its pre-Covid-19 levels respectively. All flights are subject to regulatory approvals, and schedules are subject to changes, the group said. Customers will be informed of schedule changes via SMS and email. Those whose flights were cancelled by SIA or SilkAir will retain the full value of the unused portion of their tickets as flight credits. They will also be awarded bonus flight credits when rebooking their travel, the group said.
SIA and SilkAir added that they will continue to adjust their capacity to match the demand for international air travel.
