Since then, her investing portfolio has only grown stronger, and more targeted. In 2014, Sharapova, who grew up under the harsh Florida sun, invested in Supergoop, a sunscreen company on a mission to prevent skin cancer, when it had five employees. She says the company now has hundreds of employees and does hundreds of millions in revenue. Sharapova joined Tonal, a home fitness company, this year as an investor and advisor after falling in love with the firm’s vision for strength training.
