Shun by Yama also specializes in A5 Miyazaki Wagyu, which is fairly common in upscale Japanese restaurants. It is prepared in different styles, such as tartare, in sushi paired with, as grilled skewers, and over rice in a hot pot.One of Shun by Yama’s main attractions is its open kitchen, where diners can watch the chefs and cooks prepare the dishes, which is quite a spectacle.“Kenny is very talented and very funny, always looking out for the customers, always laughing,” Tateno said.
