Fairbanks Emergency Communication Center receives reports of gunfire coming from Wild Rose Avenue on Sunday, April 24 around 4:00 a.m.

FAIRBANKS, Alaska - The Fairbanks Emergency Communication Center received a report of gunfire coming from Wild Rose Avenue in Fairbanks on Sunday, April 24 around 4:00 a.m.A second call was received by FECC around 4:24 a.m. reporting a residence on Wild Rose Avenue had been shot at. The caller stated his teenage children along with other teens were inside the home.

Further investigation revealed witnesses in the vehicle observed Irwin shooting into the house on Wild Rose Avenue. Hunter Douglas Irwin, Date of Birth, May 12, 2003, was arrested and charged with Misconduct Involving Weapons in the First Degree, Assault in the Third Degree x4, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
