Shoppers, employees interviewed Tuesday at Easton Town Center don't feel unsafe, even after a large 'riot' by juveniles Saturday in which guns found

In a release, police estimated 40-50 youths were involved. Special duty Columbus police officers arrested two of the most aggressively fighting juveniles, both of whom are 17 years old. When police searched the two juveniles, officers found and seized loaded handguns that they had concealed. They have been charged with rioting.

"I don't feel too worried," said Caleb Wolff, 27, who was taking a break from his job at TravisMathew, a men's apparel store."I think Easton has upped its security like pretty heavily. ...We have a security guard come in two or three times a day even just to check on us." "I don't really get scared when I come here," said a young man with her, who also declined to give his name."...Why fear the inevitable when you can't stop it. I do feel safer thinking there are some people out there that are willing to step up — with or without a gun — to stop something like that."

Columbus police spokesman Sgt. David Scarpitti said he couldn't speculate if more arrests are pending given the number of participants police had said were involved, but he had no information that police were looking for additional suspects."I believe this was an isolated incident," Scarpitti said, saying he had no data to show any particular crime issue at Easton in relation to the large number of people who visit it daily.
