Sales have gone up 211% in a week after reports of bedbug infestations
As the rise in reports of bedbug infestations in the UK continues, Lakeland customers are wasting no time in snapping up specialist products to rid their homes of the nasty critters. Sales of the retailer’s UV Mattress Vacuum are up 30% month on month and 211% in the last week.
It also has a vibrator function to agitate the dust and mites, making them easier to suck up. The HEPA filter helps to catch even more particles – especially the smaller ones, and stops them escaping into the air, there’s also a window on the dust cup which shows when it needs to be emptied.
