An entrepreneur who has used Shopify since it was in beta shares how he built an app to solve the biggest problem he faced on the platform while scaling to $1 million in sales

Though he doesn't have a technical background, Bertrand believes his time as a merchant makes him uniquely qualified to work on an app that could help other merchants. The API documentation for carriers like FedEx and UPS can often be dense and hard to understand, but he had years of experience shipping goods to countries around the world.
