A man wounded in a shooting at a San Diego-area synagogue is suing the house of worship.

Officials at Chabad of Poway did not immediately respond to a request from the Times seeking comment on the lawsuit. Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein was the next person shot. Goldstein was wounded in both hands and lost the index finger on his right hand in the shooting.
