STUNNING video shows a pit bull leading state troopers on a high-speed chase in a vehicle that was moving more than 100 miles per hour.The car was towed after leading authorities on a high-speed chaseAlejandro, who was arrested, told cops that he was "trying to teach his dog how to drive," according to"I wish I could make this up," trooper Heather Axtman told the cable news outlet.
