Los Angeles police say they arrived to find a shirtless man on top of the self-driving car in the middle of the intersection shortly after 1:35 p.m. Video from the Citizen App shows the man on the crushed windshield of the Waymo, holding a bent windshield wiper while screaming at the sensor on the top of the vehicle. Two 15-year-olds on a Waymo joyride were intercepted by police and detained for underaged drinking and shooting Orbeez gel blasters from their driverless vehicle, after the autonomous company called the police to stop them.
