Happy birthday Olive! 🎉
When asked how it felt to be turning 103 years old, Olive said: “It was a wonderful day and I felt very lucky to be surrounded by all the home’s staff, family, and friends. They even managed to get the sun to shine for me.”
Olive is a well-loved resident at The Priory, with fellow resident and friend, Jean Green, aged 86 years old, adding: “Olive is an inspiration to us all.” Activity co-ordinator, Pat Boyle, who has worked at The Priory for 25 years, said: “Working at The Priory is a real pleasure, especially when all the residents are as lovely as Olive. I have been lucky enough to create a strong bond with her, so celebrating this milestone was a wonderful opportunity to show just how much we all appreciate her.”
