Ship crew feared missing in Indonesian waters identified

THE five crew members of cargo ship MV Dai Cat 06, which was reported missing in Indonesian waters on Monday, have been identified. Johor maritime director Maritime First Admiral Nurul Hizam Zakaria said three of them are Malaysians – Mohammad Syafarizan Mohd Noor, 24; Mohammad Sudeh Sudin, 20; and Derrent Littor, 22.

The ship’s missing report was lodged by its agent at 12.11pm the same day. – Bernama, January 11, 2023.
