Former Michigan Football head coach Sherrone Moore is expected to face a judge Friday following his arrest Wednesday evening.While he has not been formally arraigned, charges listed on the court website include felony third-degree home invasion, stalking, and breaking and entering.

He is expected in court for an arraignment at 1 p.m., according to a statement from the 14A District Court in Ann Arbor. They received information that a complaint was filed by the Washtenaw County Prosecutor's Office, the statement read. "Pending determination of probable cause by the magistrate, arraignment on this case will be today," the statement continued. FOX 2 will stream the arraignment in the live player above when it begins.Ahead of Moore's arraignment, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor authorized charges of felony third-degree home invasion, as well as misdemeanor stalking, and breaking and entering counts.Home invasion comes with a potential penalty of a $2,000 fine and up to five years in prison. The punishment for stalking includes up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine, while breaking and entering includes a $500 fine and 90 days in jail.Home Invasion in the third degree, in violation of MCL 750.110a, for allegedly unlawfully entering the victim’s residence to commit the crime of stalking, and committing that crime while in the residence. Home Invasion in the third degree is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a $2,000 fine.Stalking, in violation of MCL 750.411h, for allegedly engaging in a willful course of conduct involving repeated or continuing harassment of the victim. Stalking is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.Breaking and Entering or Entering Without Breaking, in violation of MCL 750.115, for allegedly unlawfully entering the dwelling of a victim with whom Mr. Moore had a dating relationship. A violation of this statute is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a $500 fine.Moore's attorney was spotted walking into the courtroom Friday. Attorney Joseph A. Simon told media "I expect an arraignment today."He did not know if it would be virtual or in-person.
