That's when she fled the home, according to investigators.
At the scene, officers were unable to make contact with the suspect and declared a barricade situation. A shelter-in-place was called for residents on Horseshoe Lane. County Road was also closed to traffic at Witmer, according to township officials.SWAT negotiators were eventually able to take the suspect into custody without further incident, according to police.
Investigators have not released any further details on this incident. The suspect's identity has not been released.
