The Blades travel to Elland Road to take on Leeds United on Friday night
Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder has been boosted by the news he has no fresh injury concerns after the international break as he prepares to select a team to face Leeds United. The Blades head to Elland Road on Friday evening looking to defend their record as the only unbeaten side in the Championship.
While Leeds boss Daniel Farke has had his fair share of injury problems within his squad this season, that's not been the case for Wilder, who again should have an almost fit squad to pick from for the game. Jack Robinson and Tom Davies remain the club's only real absentees of note, with Robinson close to a recall after continuing his recovery with a game for the club's under-21 side this week, helping them defeat city rivals Sheffield Wednesday.
The biggest worry for Wilder had been the impact of traveling on Australia international Harry Souttar, who played in Japan on Tuesday evening. However, the key centre-back, who has been a real presence for his team this season, has returned to Sheffield with no issues. Wilder said; “Everybody's come back. Soutts is back in this morning, positive reports on that. He's travelling back, got through the games, everyone got through their games. We are as we were going into the Luton Town game.”
