Shannon Sharpe goes on passionate RANT after video of Travis Hunter's fiancee goes viral
During Saturday's ceremony, Hunter’s fiancée, Leanna Lenee , ruffled a few feathers and went viral for all the wrong reasons.Critics labeled her reaction as 'disinterested', and asked why she wasn't more 'hyped' about her partner winning the most illustrious individual honor at the collegiate level.
Hunter, who recently signed a lucrative endorsement deal with Adidas, then appears to suggest that she could leave if she felt like it, with the video catching him saying, "You could go to the hotel, you can walk around…" Sharpe added that he ultimately wants what's best for Hunter, who is a mere months away from signing his rookie NFL contract.to do the best that he possibly can. I want him to be smart. He's about to come into more money than he ever dreamed of, and I want to protect himself.Hunter and Lenee have known each other since their days at Collins Hill High School in Suwanee, Georgia.
Hunter has stood by his fiancee amid the negativity and says he can't wait to marry her as soon he signs his NFL contract.
