The North American leg of the tour was to start on Nov. 2 but now will start May 13, 2025.
Shakira has announced the North American leg of her tour has been rescheduled from 2024 to 2025 starting in May in North Carolina.The tour was to start on Nov. 2, 2024, in Palm Desert, California, and included 14 arena shows across North America.
However, she has shifted the tour to 2025 with many locations upgraded from arenas to stadiums because of “demand for tickets and more shows has reached the point that our tour now requires stadiums in the USA and more dates ...”The North American shows will follow the sold-out Latin American leg of the tour with 18 stadium shows launching on Feb. 11.
“The tour is in support of her new album, ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran,’ which in 24 hours of its release in March became the most streamed album of the year with over 10 billion, and was certified 7x platinum. The album debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Latin Album and Latin Pop Album Charts ...,” according to Live Nation.
This is Shakira’s first tour since 2018. The Colombian singer and songwriter has won three Grammy Awards, 12 Latin Grammy Awards as well as World Music Awards, American Music Awards and Billboard Music Awards.
