County officials stress that all dollars allocated through community grant funding must be approved in a public vote. County Executive Armond Budish will also introduce his proposed budget, which includes spending $353,540 in state ARPA dollars that were given to Cuyahoga County. The money will be used to fund personnel expenses at the county’s Job and Family Services department.
