The public hearing and requested adoption of three ordinances is set for 6 p.m. Tuesday in Shaker Heigths City Council chambers -- the day after Memorial Day -- involving the addition of individual "overlay districts" for two of five apartment buildings owned by John Carroll University in the established Multi-Family Residential zoning district on Fairmount Circle.
