SAN FRANCISCO — Wearing black slides, Michael Conforto hobbled around the Giants clubhouse Wednesday morning, noticeably showing the effects of the bruised heel that forced him out of their loss the previous night.
“He was feeling much better last night than he is today,” Kapler said. “He’s in more discomfort, so we’ll get it checked out.”
