Friday night the National Weather Service confirmed an EF-1 tornado touched in Rice Township at 6:57 pm and EF-0 touched down about 15 minutes later in Bellevue.Hammering, drills and generators are all that can be heard as those in Huron County clean up after the mess from Thursday night’s storm.
