Severe floods in southeastern Brazil have killed at least 14 people. That's according to officials in Juiz de Fora. City officials said on Tuesday that torrential rain that started a day earlier spread fast to the nearby city of Uba. The flooding has forced at least 440 residents to leave their homes.
