Created by Dan Erickson, the story follows employees of Lumon Industries who agree to the titular "severance" program, which isolates their work memories from their personal lives.
The trailer shows all the innies, including Mark and Helly , returning to work in that ominous elevator. But the video ends with a new character, played by Game of Thrones alum Gwendoline Christie, seemingly warning Mark and Helly. She says: “You should have left.” More is known about the Severance cast, however. Along with Lower and Scott, the returning stars encompass all the major regular and recurring performers. That includes Tramell Tillman, Zach Cherry, Jen Tullock, Michael Chernus, Dichen Lachman, John Turturro, Christopher Walken, and Patricia Arquette. Several of those faces can be seen in the announcement trailer, though what they'll be doing in this next chapter remains to be seen.
