A Denver police spokesperson pushes back on this assertion:"To say 'no progress has been made' is inaccurate. Due to the case being open, we are limited in what can be released, but we can say that while there has not been an arrest, DPD continues to investigate the homicide of Mr. Gorman.", Gorman was a Denver native who became active in the marijuana community during the early 1990s.
