Phillip Rhodes, Hasnain Ashraf, Paul Moxham, Aston Johnson, Lewis Lord, Sameer Amin and Lloyd Spencer have been charged with conspiracy to supply heroin and crack cocaine while officers are appealing to find Joseph Oakes

Seven men, including five from Lancashire, have been charged with the supply of drugs between Accrington and Manchester.

"As part of their enquiries, our officers found heroin, cash, mobile phones and drugs paraphernalia."
