Seven bodies were found in a pickup truck with California license plates in Tijuana, police in Mexico said.
Per the authorities, the doors of the truck were open, leading to the grim discovery. Mexican law enforcement personnel described the deceased as a man whose body was wrapped in a blanket in the backseat of the vehicle.Sign up for NBC San Diego newsletters.
Upon closer inspection of the truck, officers found six more bodies in the vehicle. Three of them were described as men and police did not offer details on the other three bodies. Officials did not say how the deceased died, or if they suffered any trauma. The pickup truck has California license plates, according to police.This article tagged under:
