A group of local banking professionals is offering an informational session on the basics of balancing and budgeting.
This Friday afternoon, SESLOC Federal Credit Union, in partnership with the Santa Maria Public Library, will host a free financial literacy workshop in the library's Shepard Hall starting at 4 p.m.
The Santa Maria Public Library, located at 421 South McClelland Street, offers classes workshops and informational sessions on various topics throughout the month.
