Vought Still Has A Lot Of Support In The Boys Season 3's Finale During the final scene of The Boys' season 3 finale, Homelander, the current president/CEO of Vought International, murders a man in public and receives enthusiastic support from a crowd of his supporters for doing so.
Indeed, Vought may be more vulnerable than ever. Homelander's ascension to the top role within Vought International gave The Boys their most threatening member in Starlight, following her defection to the titular group.
