Police have issued a statement following a 'serious medical incident' involving a child at a Centre Parcs site in Wiltshire. Police were called to the scene of the holiday village run by Nottinghamshire-based company Centre Parcs just after 11am on Christmas Eve.
The incident has been reported at the Longleat holiday village. A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "We’re in attendance at Longleat Center Parcs near Warminster in support of South Western Ambulance Service following reports of a serious medical incident involving a child shortly after 11am today . We will provide a further update when it’s appropriate to do so."
Center Parcs is Nottinghamshire company which has its headquarters in Ollerton. The business runs holiday villages across the UK, including one at Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire.
