One of the greatest tennis players of all time will be in Alabama Thursday headlining Girls Inc.’s 50th Anniversary Gala at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville.

“I think everyone in the community is excited about the gala and the opportunity to see Serena Williams,” said Rhonda Tsoi-A-Fatt Bryant, CEO of The Moriah Group, which is a sponsor of the event. Girls Inc of Huntsville hopes to raise $500,000 by 2027 to support over 3,000 girls in north Alabama who are involved in its program.
