Serba Dinamik director cites ‘national, strategic interests’ to stay winding-up order

LOSS-making energy services firm Serba Dinamik wants to delay and stop a winding-up order it said will affect high value deals of “national and strategic interests”, a director said in a court affidavit. The Kuala Lumpur High Court granted the winding-up order against the company and three subsidiaries over a RM5 billion debt reported to be the largest insolvency case in the courts.
