You have completed a relevant 3/4 year degree or diploma or have comparable practical experienceKnow and understand Design PatternsYou are T-shaped – you possess broad general knowledge of the development landscapeand deep knowledge of your area of expertise You are a polyglot – you possess a strong multi-language toolbox and know how to applythese effectively to the software you are developingYou have expertise in web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Desirable, but not Essential:Mentorship & recruitment / interviewing experience advantageous
