A senior citizen in Florida has been in jail more than three weeks, so far, after he was caught on video masturbating on his front porch, police say.

The witness called police on Feb. 24 and gave them “a sworn statement with intent to prosecute,” the next day. According to the arrest report, “The victim stated that the defendant ‘sits on the front porch with his legs wide open, pulls his out, and starts j*****g it off.’Teen employee didn't know what was in store when helping customer“The victim explained that the defendant was seen masturbating twice, on 02/19/2024 at approximately 1:02 p.m. and again on 02/24/2024 at approximately 3:53 p.m.”
Then, the report says, “The victim provided a video which clearly shows the defendant holding his and rubbing it back and forth on the front porch.”Weinberg was first charged with exposure of sexual organs from lewd and lascivious exhibition, which is a second-degree felony.Weinberg, 72, pleaded not guilty.
