A senior residential complex that would bring nearly 200 homes to San Jose is pushing ahead with a construction loan.

Bank of Texas and BOK Financial provided the construction loan for the project, the county records show. The senior housing would replace an office and retail building totaling 44,500 square feet that occupies the 3.5-acre site at present, the city files show.
