KEPALA BATAS: A senior citizen who was involved in a road accident on Sunday (July 5) succumbed to her injuries on Monday (July 6) night.
Saariah Saad, 70, from Bumbong Lima died at the Seberang Jaya Hospital at around 9pm while undergoing treatment.
Seberang Prai Utara OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said the deceased, the passenger of a multipurpose vehicle that collided head-on with a pickup truck on Jalan Permatang Tiga, suffered injuries to both her legs during the 11.15pm incident.All victims are now being treated at the Seberang Jaya Hospital and reported to be in stable condition.
