As the Ottawa Senators near a return to game action this week, star forward Tim Stutzle has entered COVID-19 protocols.

Stutzle is currently the only Senators player in protocol, but the team has overcome two outbreaks amongst the roster this season. Goaltender Anton Forsberg was removed from protocols three days ago.

The Senators are one of only two teams that has yet to play 30 games this season due to a high number of postponements. The team last played Jan. 1, a loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs, and is scheduled to return to game action on Thursday in Calgary. When submitting content, please abide by our , and avoid posting profanity, personal attacks or harassment.
