At least three attendees -- Manchin, John Thune, and Christopher Coons -- say they’ve since tested negative for COVID, thesaid, though health guidelines say symptoms may not show for five days after a person is exposed to the virus. Manchin said he doesn’t regret holding the gathering and doesn’t think it will turn out to be a super-spreader.
