Chris Murphy, D-Conn.
, told MSNBC it"was a terrible, terrible vote for the country."Democrats sought testimony from ex-national security adviser John Bolton on Trump's alleged conditioning of Ukraine aid on investigations into Democrats, including former Vice President Joe Biden.
