PennDOT officials say a funding gap of over $9 billion exists that is needed to maintain and improve the state’s road and bridge network.“It is time to stop playing politics with the Pennsylvania State Police and give them the secure line-item funding that they need within the general budget and this bill will do that,” Langerholc said.
