Senators are nearing a deal on a roughly $10 billion Covid relief package. Not in the compromise? $5 billion in global vaccine efforts, and some Dems are deeply unhappy about it.

“They’re pretty close to working out a deal on $10 [billion],” Sen.Senators clarified there are still some bumps to navigate before a floor vote.
