Lawmakers on Wednesday failed to vote on the adoption of Senate Resolution No. 659 which seeks to bring China’s incursions in the West Philippine Sea before the UN General Assembly.The chamber has suspended the consideration of the resolution until Monday, July 31, when an executive session caucus will be held.
Zubiri, during the plenary session on Wednesday, said apart from all the members of the Senate, Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo, Presidential Adviser on the West Philippine Sea General Andres Centino, and the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency will also be invited to the said caucus.
