“My daughter life mattered. She had somebody that loved her. That was my best friend. She wasn’t just my daughter, she was my best friend,” said Leggett. A Dallas County jury convicted Juantonio Cosby of murder and assault back in October — in a 2017 nightclub shooting. “And when you give him credit for the time that he’s already served. He has less than two to serve,” said Turner.
